ถ้าคำสั่ง Account Allocation ในระบบซันแสดง error "Allocation In Progress" วิธีแก้ตามด้านล่างค่ะ. 


Problem: 

Cannot open from template by getting a warning message 'Allocation in progress in this account - Retry'

During got the error message please see the step as below :


1. Please select "N" and then you will get the message clear allocation in progress override?


2. Please select "Y" , systems will be clear.
